Hey Everyone! I know that everyone, even myself, needs to work on this but please make sure whenever you are at plaza check the phone for messages. I’m thinking that because we don’t have call waiting down there that when someone is on the phone the second call goes straight through to voicemail. There was a message from 9:56 am and I got it around 5 pm today! The woman needed the person to call her back by 5 pm and it was very important! I know it is already part of the plaza procedures but we should all work a little harder at checking that so something like this doesn’t happen again.

I really wanted to go see Jason Aldean at the Weidner center but I work the 6 – 9 shift. If someone could cover this that would be awesome. I could switch if you want to. It doesn’t start until 7:30 so I could possibly stay until 7 if you didn’t want the whole thing. Thanks, Samantha |

I am required to go to a lecture this night and I have to work 5 to close. I would really appreciate it if anyone could take it. I am very good about covering if you ever need a switch. If possible I could even work the hours until the lecture which starts at eight. Whatever is worked out won’t bother me but I just have to be there because we are getting a grade for it. :S

Journal shelving
Hello all (well all of you who are trained to shelve journals & serials)
We have been notified by some staff that there are journals and serials that are being shelved incorrectly. Please be careful when you are shelving items up there and make sure that you aren’t just guessing where they should go. Also, make sure you take a walk through that area when you are picking up strays to make sure that there aren’t items just laying around. For those of you not trained on shelving yet, don’t worry…your day will come! 
If you have questions on shelving serials or would like further training, just let me know!
